We provide a level of support unmatched in the security industry.

Regent Security provides a level of support unmatched in the security industry. We begin by hiring a strong Site Commander to work with our customer on a day-to-day basis. This Site Commander is a liaison between the on-site officers, the client representative, and Regent Security. Based on our experience and focus group feedback, this Site Commander is one of the most crucial factors in achieving true customer satisfaction.

Our local District Offices are staffed to support the Site Commander. We have several Operations Managers that will recruit, screen, hire, train, and process new employees while working with the Site Commander to schedule qualified officers and coordinate their training.

Our Area Managers and Vice Presidents in the local Offices provide expertise in security matters and serve as a liaison between the Regent Security and the Client. These managers are responsible for customer satisfaction and for maximizing the effectiveness of your guard force. These managers are also a resource for you to use. These managers will meet with you monthly and are available 24 hours, seven days a week.

Each night and on weekends Regent Security has a Quality Assurance Patrol on the road. This person is responsible for responding to your needs after business hours and is responsible for maintaining a quality guard force 24 hours a day. This is a uniformed officer on a management level in a marked Regent vehicle. We have senior managers experienced in loss prevention, strike plans, law enforcement, workplace violence, law, safety, emergency preparedness, site planning, and human relations. This QA officer randomly checks Regent's security officers for alertness, appearance, and knowledge of job requirements.

Our Senior Management Staff will work together to provide a site survey and revise your Standard Operating Procedures. We will work with the Site Commander to submit written recommendations to improve security at your facility. We have senior managers experienced in loss prevention, strike plans, law enforcement, workplace violence, law, safety, emergency preparedness, and human relations. The combined expertise of these managers is yours to use on request.
