Terry Shockey was promoted to Captain and now manages the Command Center deploying our workforce management system and automated scheduling system.

Marco Norman was promoted to Office Manager for our VAULT Operation. Marco has experience as Site Commander, as Command Center Manager, and as a security officer. Marco is responsible for the operations of our electronic security division.
