Company Information
Regent Security Services Inc. is a customer-focused, contract security agency, with a regional presence in the Southeastern United States. We currently hold licenses in five states including Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Regent Security was founded in December 1990 and incorporated in January 1991 as an "S" Corporation in Georgia. We were founded by Patrick E. Sizemore in Augusta, Georgia after 35 years of experience with another large regional security company. In our 17 year history, we have grown to over 1000 security officers and sales over $16 million, without acquisition. This growth was based purely on quality services and long-term partnerships with clients.
Our business model is established around the customers we serve – we operate with an area manager responsible for a 90 mile radius. This manager is your liaison and is responsible for all aspects of your account, with full authority to make decisions. This limited service area allows our managers to develop partnerships with our customers, to better serve our customers, to be involved in the communities we serve, and to be at home at night with their families. Our senior management team consists of former users and providers of security and law enforcement, bringing perspectives from both sides of the relationship.
Our primary focus and growth has been in the manufacturing sector. With an industrial base in Augusta, Regent Security now has relationships around the southeast with major manufacturers such as Ingersol-Rand, Monsanto, Nutrasweet, Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Georgia-Pacific, International Paper, etc.
Our managers have professional affiliations with the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In all local areas we are affiliated with area Chambers of Commerce and our corporate officers are members of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. We are good corporate citizens encouraging our managers to be very active in local colleges/universities, in hospital foundations, in churches, in local Mason chapters, and with local charities such as the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
